We have represented the company and its various shareholders in a variety of transactions over 20 years ranging from strategic
acquisitions to financing and valuation.
Most recently, we advised Bradford White on the acquisiton through competitive auction of a division of publicly-traded Water Pik Technologies.
Prior assignments include serving as financial advisor in its sale to Nortek, Inc. and subsequently for strategic acquisitions by the Australian parent before an innovative carve-out acquisition by a newly formed ESOP from SABH International.
We were also engaged to assist with a tender offer for the redemption of ESOP shares and arranged a creatively designed debt solution to complete the transaction.
