Associate Needed

Individual needed for Sell/Buy-Side investment banking assignments advising firm to assist in strategic client consulting such as market attractiveness assessments, new business launches, etc. Develop preliminary acquisition assumptions as well as the debt and equity structure. This individual will undertake field-work throughout the United States, Asia and Europe during which they will identify, visit and evaluate competition for their potential for acquisition and/or partnership. Minimum MS Degree in Finance or related field required. Frequent travel required and fluency in one or more Asian language a plus.
